Cherry Hinton is a delightful care home to work with. Their staff are always kind and knowledgeable, and show a high level of professional expertise. The care home itself offers its residents the opportunity to benefit from facilities such as a hair salon, fine dining restaurant and spa bathroom.
We enjoy visiting Cherry Hinton to offer our mobile optician’s service as we love to make a difference to their residents’ vision and see the benefits this has on their everyday lives.

Cambridge Manor is a beautiful care home in the heart of Cambridge which is complimented by experienced and caring staff, river Cam views and enjoyable activities for all residents. The care home offer residents the opportunity to visit the cinema room, fine dining restaurant and beautiful gardens (with pet chickens!).
It is a delight to carry out routine eye tests at Cambridge Manor because the residents are always so friendly and the staff are happy and welcoming whenever we visit.

Hunters Down is a family-owned care home provide high quality compassionate support for 100 residents. Even with this number of residents living at the home, each and every one of them is treat as an individual with a ‘person centred’ approach to address their needs and interests. They offer a cinema room, music therapy, pet visits and visiting chiropodist, dentist and of course opticians…us!
It is always an enjoyable visit when we carry out our eye test clinics because of the warm and friendly environment and ethos at Hunters Down.
