The two gentleman in question were Tej and Rob. They were so kind, caring and friendly in their approach to my mother that I can't thank them enough. Tej was such a lovely man, we all commented when he left "what a nice man!" We were so pleased to have a home visit, as with 2 disabled and vulnerable parents it's very difficult to get them both to appointments with wheelchairs etc! So what a great relief to have this done at home and what a fabulous service we received. Very highly recommended! Thank you so much! We will definitely be back! We were introduced to Opticall when my dad was in a nursing home and had a visiting optician. We received an excellent service, they kept us informed at every stage and as my dad wanted trifocals, they managed to source these from abroad, which our local optician could not. Then my dad managed to bend them by falling asleep and they visited to fix them free of charge. Jaki is also very kind and helpful (when we call up). Great service!"
