How our service works
We obtain your consent as the next of kin/family member before arranging any eye care services for your loved one via your loved ones care home.
We arrange a convenient time for Opticall to visit our care home for an eye care clinic.
Their optician conducts a comprehensive eye test and eye health check for your loved one in familiar surroundings.
If glasses are needed, your loved one can choose from a range of frames and lenses (with your input if desired).
Opticall will personally deliver and professionally fit the new glasses within two weeks.
You’ll be informed of the test results and any recommendations for your loved one’s eye care, ensuring you’re always kept in the loop.
To help people see, live and enjoy life.
