EXPLORE NOW

At Opticall, we go the extra mile not just for you, but also for your care team and residents. We believe that our ongoing training will help to raise awareness of the potential risks that residents with low vision often face.

The ‘Visual Awareness Training’ programme aims to provide you with supportive and enjoyable learning that will develop your awareness of:

  • How the eye works
  • Common conditions that can affect your eyes and how these conditions can be treated
  • How eye and vision problems can affect the lives of the people in your care
  • How, together with Opticall care staff can provide support to the people in their care.

Everyone who attends the training sessions will be issued with a certificate to confirm they have carried out the programme.
